Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, within the UK, a return for the item purchased may be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - EU RETURNS POST BREXIT -
STYLE-CHNGR as UK-based business are not legally required to provide the 14-day statutory “cooling-off” period to customers located in the European Union.
> RETURNS: Post-Brexit, UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, only apply to UK customers. Therefore, EU buyers are generally not eligible for returns unless we explicitly agree to accept them.
