USA-BOUND orders
The duty rate is likely to be around 10% of the final sale price plus local customs taxes . Some exceptions may include items like antiques over 100 years old - which typically have a duty rate of 0% and vintage magazines and papers.
Please note: Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at the border and based on the nature of the item, final price of the item, and the destination country.
 When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, USA and the Rest of the world, the buyer  is responsible for any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

The right of withdrawal does not apply when the failure of delivery is due to the buyer’s refusal or omission to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

If the buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay such duties or taxes, or does not provide the required customs information, the package will be returned to the sender. In these circumstances, the seller is not obliged to issue any refund.
This policy is fully supported under:
> EU _DIRECTIVE , Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights" (Articles 16–17) – establishing exceptions to the right of withdrawal when non-delivery is caused by the consumer.
> EU _DIRECTIVE , Regulation (EC) No 1186/2009"– setting out rules for customs duties and VAT on imports into the EU.
National consumer protection laws across EU member states, which implement the above directive, including (but not limited to):
- Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Spain) – Articles 103–104 - Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom) (for reference, post-Brexit- Code de la Consommation (France)

- Konsumentenschutzgesetz (Austria)
- Wet Koop op Afstand (Netherlands)

- Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (Croatia)
Under these laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the failure of delivery is due to the buyer’s refusal or omission to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK, THE EU and USA
For all international orders, including shipments to any country outside the UK, EU and USA, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs taxes required upon delivery.
- If the buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay such duties or taxes, or does not provide the required customs information, the package will be returned to the sender, STYLE-CHNGR. In these circumstances, the seller, STYLE-CHNGR won't issue any refund.

>> Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.
