Restocking Returned Items:

Claims:
Any claims must be made within 14 days of the return date. After this period, the item will be considered available for resale.

Refunds:
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.

For all orders to any country in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs taxes required upon delivery.

If the buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay such duties or taxes, or does not provide the required customs information, the package will be returned to the sender. In these circumstances, the seller is not obliged to issue any refund.

- Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights"(Articles 16–17) – establishing exceptions to the right of withdrawal when non-delivery is caused by the consumer.

- Regulation (EC) No 1186/2009 – setting out rules for customs duties and VAT on imports into the EU.

Under these laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the failure of delivery is due to the buyer’s refusal or omission to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

for all international orders (OUTSIDE THE UK)

1. A secure payment link or notification is emailed by the carrier directly to you, the client, using the address you provided on checkout  in the “Receiver Email” field.

2. The parcel is collected and held securely by our courier for up to 5 days while awaiting payment.

3. Once payment is made, the parcel clears customs and continues on its way to your address.
